Commercial Conveyancing – Matthew has considerable experience in all levels of commercial conveyancing. He acts on behalf of landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers in transactions ranging from single shop units to multi-million-pound development transfers and aims to streamline the process so that you can continue to concentrate on your work while Matthew and his colleagues concentrate on the deal.

Agricultural Conveyancing – Matthew is a member of the Agricultural Law Association. Whether you are selling a single field or an entire faming business, refinancing or passing the business on to your relatives, Matthew can bring his knowledge of all such situations to bear.

Commercial, Partnership & Company Law – Matthew not only deals with commercial property but also in general commercial law. If you are starting up a new venture, he can help you set up your partnership, limited company or shareholders’ agreement; if you are taking over an existing business or selling your own, Matthew deals with commercial acquisitions from small business sales to large multimillion-pound takeovers.
