Brian is an experienced solicitor, having accumulated some 28 years’ experience in the Profession. Brian assists and advises in various areas of Law, including property work, litigation and wills and probate work.

Property work:

Brian has considerable experience in this field of the Law and has assisted numerous clients over the years in respect of residential house buying and selling, commercial property transactions, tenancy arrangements and re-mortgaging. Brian is in a position to offer concise but practical advice in a manner that will help reduce the inevitable, inherent stress  associated with transactions of this nature.

Litigation Work:

Brian has built up a considerable skill set regarding all manner of plaintiff and defence litigation. This includes County Court, High Court and Chancery Court actions. These matters have ranged from road traffic actions to medical negligence and land and boundary disputes. 

Probate/Wills:

Brian has extensive experience in the field of advising and identifying problem solving solutions in this field, ranging from will drafting to the administration of large and small estates. He also advises on related subjects such as enduring powers of attorney and controllership applications to the office of care and protection.

Brian has also dealt with the administration of property as diverse as farmland and commercial apartments.

Brian is able to provide detailed advice in an uncomplicated way and is adept at settling clients at times when a high level of patience and sensitivity is required.
